A number of Added Extras are available from Heras so that you can further enhance your Sports Pitch or MUGA.

Specification

Double Skin option
If building two MUGA’s next door to each other the Double Skin option is recommended for the internal fencelines which separate the courts. By double skinning the fence you can create a suitable
re-bound surface for each court. The panels are installed to both sides of the post to create the double skinned effect.

Hockey rebound board option
Your panels can be supplied with suitable fixings for you or your contractor to easily
attach a timber hockey board panel to the foot of the fence.

2 brackets per post are supplied.
Brackets suit kickboards between heights of 100mm to 300mm.

Radius Corner option
Corners of your sports court can be upgraded to our radius corner option which is ideal for contact sport as it provides safer play.

Achilles UVDB Standard
UVDB is a scheme operated by Achilles on behalf of all major UK utility organisations. Heras is fully registered as a supplier on the Utilities Vendor Database and as a result we are able to provide a variety of fencing and access control services to the Utilities sector.

Constructionline
Constructionline is an independent vetting service for the UK construction industry to which Heras UK Fencing Systems is approved as part of the CRH Fencing Ltd group. The government-backed service approves companies to provide products and services to the public and private sector.

SAPCA
The Sports and Play Construction Association (SAPCA) is the UK trade association for the sports facility construction industry. Heras UK is a proud member of SAPCA and in putting together the SAPCA Code of Practice for sports fencing we were very pleased to provide our expert advice so that as an industry, together, we can promote high standards for sports facilities.

Secured by Design
Secured by Design (SBD) is the UK Police flagship initiative supporting the principals of "designing out crime" by use of effective crime prevention. Several of our products have undergone strict testing and have achieved Secured by Design approval, meaning that they are an effective form of crime prevention.

LPCB
Heras UK Fencing Systems products have achieved LPCB approval with BRE Global. This third party approval confirms that our products have met and will continue to meet set security standards ensuring that they perform effectively.
