ORION SLIDING GATE

The Orion cantilever sliding gate is available in two railing styles; Atlas or Heracles. Two gates used together can bridge an opening of up to 24mtrs. Its cantilever design reduces maintenance requirements as there is no ground track or exposed wheels to get blocked by dirt, leaves or snow. Suitable for manual or electrical operation the Orion Gate provides a high level of security protection which is suitable for sites such as airports where large vehicles can pass through with ease.

Specification

The Orion is available in either the Heracles (serrated top) or the Atlas style (vertical bars protrude though the top rail).

All gates are available in a choice of seven standard colours: White, Black, Blue, Grey and three shades of Green.

Achilles UVDB Standard
UVDB is a scheme operated by Achilles on behalf of all major UK utility organisations. Heras is fully registered as a supplier on the Utilities Vendor Database and as a result we are able to provide a variety of fencing and access control services to the Utilities sector.

Constructionline
Constructionline is an independent vetting service for the UK construction industry to which Heras UK Fencing Systems is approved as part of the CRH Fencing Ltd group. The government-backed service approves companies to provide products and services to the public and private sector.

SAPCA
The Sports and Play Construction Association (SAPCA) is the UK trade association for the sports facility construction industry. Heras UK is a proud member of SAPCA and in putting together the SAPCA Code of Practice for sports fencing we were very pleased to provide our expert advice so that as an industry, together, we can promote high standards for sports facilities.

Secured by Design
Secured by Design (SBD) is the UK Police flagship initiative supporting the principals of "designing out crime" by use of effective crime prevention. Several of our products have undergone strict testing and have achieved Secured by Design approval, meaning that they are an effective form of crime prevention.

LPCB
Heras UK Fencing Systems products have achieved LPCB approval with BRE Global. This third party approval confirms that our products have met and will continue to meet set security standards ensuring that they perform effectively.
